Business or enterprise?
In business, the entrepreneur is the cornerstone. It is the typical situation of liberal professional can have a business of any size but whose production capacity is limited by the creator.
In a company, the / the entrepreneur creates a separate structure of person that acquires its own personality. The extreme case is to the franchise: it creates a business concept and then sell this concept that the “use” other entrepreneurs.
This distinction will determine input and raise production at the company. For the business, production capacity is finite: as most of what we hold the “physical” team entrepreneur or entrepreneur. There will therefore be managed with great care (for obvious reasons of health rather than personal).
In the case of the company, the more production is a function to “delegate.” We must therefore avoid falling into the trap of making the growth of the company’s ability entrepreneurial team staff. This should involve itself in leading the company and develop it, not “produce” how well do so.
This problem is actually something that should be raised and addressed in the Plan of Organization and not in the Production. But often that ask the right questions on the future organization of the company, and what role they will play each team member entrepreneur is, at a minimum, “complicated” since the issues relating to people rather than on numbers. It is then easy to slip into that of “we’ll think about it later, now we have to do the job” and was just coming to affect production and the very future of the company.
