Skip Free Anti-Virus Software and Buy Cyberdefender
July 7th 2010 -
I cannot believe what I’ve been reading in computer forums. I was checking out Cyberdefender reviews, and people were listing all the places that had free software to remove viruses and adware from your computer. I know Cyberdefender has a free version, but it is not full featured. These supposed computer experts were saying not to pay for the Cyberdefender upgrade (it’s only $29.99 a year), just get a totally free anti-virus program.
I read one Cyberdefender review that said since Cyberdefender didn’t remove all the malware for free, they were going to use a totally free service. This person claimed to repair computers for a living. Hmmm, free software and nothing to buy ever? Didn’t that sound funny to someone that does computer repair? Doesn’t this computer shop warn their customers about downloading things that sound too good to be true? Nothing is free, if there is nothing to buy, you can bet adware is attached to that anti-virus program.
I happen to like Cyberdefender. It works fine, and yes, I paid to upgrade. Yes, I was also asked to upgrade, but I planned to anyway. I just got the free version to make sure my computer could handle the program. The full version may not be free, but it is one of the least expensive, full featured programs on the market.

I got a couple of viruses in the last month, even though I had Norton antivirus software on my system and AVG – both were installed on my system by someone else. So, I am looking at antivirus software programs, I want to pay cuz my experience with free software has not been all that good. I looked at a few and liked Cyberdefender and PC Tools. I saw this how to activate video on Youtube:

I liked that Cyberdefender antivirus software seems to be a more complete package, covering antivirus software, trojans, spyware, id theft protection. PC Tools, also had a nice user interface.
I have been using it now for 1 month and it protected me from one attack so far. Cyberdefender seems like a really good antivirus software program, much happier then I was with AVG.

I have been using Cyberdefender for the past 6 months and have had nothing but a GREAT experience! The live support is amazing. They will even answer other computer related questions not directly tied to the product. I will never switch!
