The live support is amazing. They will even answer other computer related questions not directly tied to the product. I will never switch! So, I am looking at antivirus software programs, I want to pay cuz my experience with free software has not been all that good. I looked at a few and liked Cyberdefender and PC Tools. I saw this how to activate video on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6F93464nPs4 I liked that Cyberdefender antivirus software seems to be a more complete package, covering antivirus software, trojans, spyware, id theft protection. PC Tools, also had a nice user interface. I have been using it now for 1 month and it protected me from one attack so far. Cyberdefender seems like a really good antivirus software program, much happier then I was with AVG.
