Here are some examples of financial goals for the long term:

1. Want hajj / Umrah
2. Want to prepare for pension funds, life style according to our wishes
3. Want to get married (to which this can not be too long reply time)
4. Want to prepare the fund for the education of children
5. Want to provide a legacy for children.

In addition to the long term there is also a short-term financial goals, for example: want to buy a car, want to build / buy a house or want to plan year-end holidays.
In determining the most important financial goal you should be SMART ie Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Frame.

1. Specific means we can envision our goals in detail. Suppose you want to plan education child, you should be able to estimate roughly want to go to university where, what the faculty. Or you plan to build a house, you should be able to estimate willing to build a house where, what type, how many floors, the model is how.
2. Measurable means that can be measured, it is certainly a tool in measuring money. Suppose you want to hajj / Umrah family, you should be able to estimate how ya … funds should I prepare.
3. Achievable means that we can achieve. In making the goals should be tailored to our capabilities. Monthly salary of five million cars want to have a Ferrari …. A dream!
4. Realistic means that our goal must be reasonable. Not just fantasy wrote, must be realized in the real world.
5. Time frame means the time period should be clear. Suppose you plan the education of the Child, you have to estimate that age your child will begin to enter medical school. The cost of the entry of several million, well meaning from now on I have to set aside a certain percentage of my salary every month for regular education children.

The next step a paper write down all your goals, then read carefully about the goals yet still there is a written or not. And give the number in each destination. This number is the goal to determine priorities. Which destination should I heed, and which goals would still be postponed temporarily. Due to limited income, it could be at the same time you just enough to finance a first goal. Septi my friend said, “People are going step by step, if both feet forward simultaneously entar actually falling.” Having achieved one goal, your next target to the second destination and so on.

Closed system prepaid cards

Closed system prepaid cards have emerged and replaced the traditional gift certificate and are commonly known as merchant gift cards. “Closed system” means the cards are only accepted at a single merchant. Purchasers buy a card for a fixed amount and can only use the card at the merchant that issues the card. Generally, few if any laws govern these types of cards. Card issuers or sellers are not required to obtain a license. Closed system prepaid cards are not subject to the USA PATRIOT Act, as they generally cannot identify a customer. As debts owed to consumers who purchased the card, these purchases remain on the books of a merchant as a liability rather than an asset. Consequently, gift certificates and merchant gift cards have fallen under state escheat or abandoned property laws (APL). However, the emergence of closed system prepaid cards has blurred the applicability of APL. North Carolina and Illinois have excluded these types of cards from APL provided the card has no expiration date or a service fee. Maine and Virginia require the issuer to pay the state when the cards are abandoned. In Connecticut an issuer is required to identify the residence of the gift card owner. Since most merchant gift cards are anonymous, the residence of the card’s owner is deemed to be the state’s treasurer’s office.

Presently, no law exists that requires an issuer to provide refunds for lost or stolen cards. Whether a refund is possible is specified in an issuer’s cardholder agreement. In addition, most closed system cards cannot be redeemed for cash. When a cardholder redeems all but an insignificant portion of the card on merchandise, that amount is generally lost and is absorbed by the issuer.

Such cards are increasingly becoming a way for Mexican drug cartels to smuggle money across the border without repercussions

Can I use a prepaid card to hire a car?

So, you have got your new prepaid card, you set off for the sun, but then find you get declined at the airport when trying to hire your car. You have plenty of money available, so what’s wrong?

If you plan to use your prepaid card to hire a car whilst on holiday, or even within the UK, you need to proceed with care!

Many UK prepaid card issuers have “transaction usage restrictions” outlined within their terms and conditions. Admittedly, these are intended to protect both the card issuer, and customer, however, if you are unaware, it could result in your card being declined whilst trying to hire a car.

This is all caused as a result of the way in which car hire organisations operate. When you hire a car, an initial authorisation is made on your card. This “holds” or reserves funds within your prepaid account, and deducts your available credit so you can’t spend those funds.

Once you return the hire car, your prepaid account is billed with the agreed hire amount, plus any additional fees. For example, if you have damaged the car, or it requires fuel, or perhaps you even extended the hire for a few extra days, additional fees may be incurred, depending on your hire agreement.

The car hire company will charge these fees to your prepaid card, even if this results in the prepaid card going overdrawn.

Clearly this causes problems, as the prepaid card issuer is not protected in this scenario, and is unable to chargeback the transaction to the hire company. Therefore, if the card issuer is unable to retrieve any additional fees from their customer, they are unable to recover the funds and take the financial loss. Exactly the same situation occurs on a credit card, however, generally any additional charges still fall within a customers agreed credit limit.

The cashplus gold card was the first prepaid MasterCard to be issued in the UK, and continues to be the most recognised prepaid card available today. It leads the prepaid card market with over 100,000 customers re-loading a combined 150 million pounds onto the product since its launch back in 2005. We previously reviewed the cashplus Gold card back in Novermber 2006, but, since then, cashplus have launched a number of new services and features, making it easier to re-load and manage your account online and via SMS text messaging.

But, with the increasing number of prepaid cards being launched in the UK, is it enough to keep cashplus at the top, or is it now uncompetitive when compared with other leading prepaid cards?

Well, if you are searching for a prepaid card with global acceptance both on the internet and on your travels, that is convenient and easy to reload with funds, and one that automatically covers goods and services purchased using the card (for example if a retailer goes bankrupt)….

Then yes, we agree with the 100,000 customers already using cashplus gold. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

What’s Good

Cashplus gold is a fully branded Chip and PIN MasterCard, and is accepted at more than 24 million locations around the globe.

Maximum acceptance at all online internet retailers that display the MasterCard brandmark

Credit card companies issue supplementary cards for your credit card account to people you authorize with the company. They will look just like your credit card and use will count toward the balance on the account. Any merchant that accepts cards from your credit card company will accept your supplemental card.

Authorized User
1. As an authorized user and not the primary account holder, supplementary cardholders cannot request a credit increases, close the account or authorize over-the-limit purchases. Typically, you must be a family member of the primary cardholder to qualify for a supplementary card and 18 or older. Some credit card companies require that you have the same last name to qualify.

Billing

2. Supplementary cardholders have no legal liability to pay the charges that they incur when they use the card. The primary account holder ultimately is responsible for paying any charges. If you have an agreement with the primary account holder, he does have the right to sue you for any charges you do not pay but will have to prove that you and he had an agreement that you would pay your own charges.

Credit Report
3. Credit bureaus show supplemental accounts on your credit report. This can work in your favor if you have no credit or a poor credit score and the primary account holder is a responsible borrower. If the primary account holder has late payments, charge-offs or discharge from bankruptcy, these will be listed because your name is on the account and lower your score. The effect on your score will not be as dramatic as a supplemental user as it is on the primary account holder.

Consequences
4. Adding someone to your credit card account as a supplemental cardholder requires careful consideration. If the person is trustworthy, giving her a card can make it easier for you if she often picks things up at the store for you, pays your bills or she needs to begin her own credit history. If she has had problems in the past managing her credit, you may want to think twice before adding her to your account. You will be responsible for any charges to your account and could wind up paying for things that you do not own.

What about fast cash deals abound on the Internet?

We have all found either by intent or by accident, hundreds of offers of quick money on the internet.

Some sound attractive at first glance but when you scrutinize a little closer you realize they really are fraudulent or deceptive and that all they really achieve if you associate with them is to make money fast for them. Examples:

• MLM to join and be millionaires. Personally I think there are MLM or multilevel business very serious, whose compensation programs, products and network system are based on a true development of the person who makes the medium term independent entrepreneurs produce and earn really good money.

But unfortunately, I have also seen on the net that 99% of alleged multilevel companies offer many “benefits” and offer you to become a millionaire overnight without “doing nothing”, and without investing a lot X dollars to subscribe.

If you consider this as one of your options I recommend you research well and thoroughly on the proposal of the company is on your mind and you ensure a system of serious and stable. And take note, not a quick buck.

• Earn money online with Adsense.Adsense is an excellent system. In fact I use it on this blog and I are totally reliable because I trust the owner that is Google. Adsense is actually a contextual advertising system that lets you earn a few pennies for clicks that people make in advertising and if you have a good traffic then you have an extra income.

But this, to provide you with Adsense you can make the rich overnight, it is also false. For this system to be effective, must work for a while and build websites, blogs or forums with great content and traffic level. So now you know who you offer to be a millionaire with Adsense, is cheating.

• Earn money with affiliate programs. Affiliate programs are sponsored by companies looking to not associate with them and promote their products. This is usually a good system, provided that the company is reliable and serious.

Such is the case, for example MercadoLibre.com Amazon.com and they have very good and you can win some money if reliably and quickly create a network, then you could have good potential for them, giving consumers commissions. The key, make sure the company is reliable and you do not ask for huge amounts of money to subscribe.

• Drop Shipping, a new opportunity. One of the most interesting concepts that I found on the network and that sounds like a good opportunity is the Drop Shipping that is the possibility of having a virtual store with hundreds of products.

Your own store. With the difference that you really are associated and linked to a distributor behind you to the opera. This means that when someone buys something, you start a full sales process ranging from product selection to delivery and collection of it controlled by the company to which you subscribe. And finally you earn commissions for every product sold.

• Earn money by selling at auction. Auctions when they are administered by reputable companies such as Ebay.com can be an excellent choice.

The business basically consists of buying and re-selling various items through the auction system. You know a little more detail on how to sell on Ebay in this article.

• Earn money by reading emails. This is a common offering which abounds on the web and gives you earn cents for every email you receive and read fully and for referring friends to do likewise.

Your system is saturated with advertising and their strategy is to precisely read hundreds of emails with attractive offers and instead of earning a few cents a week, you may be tempted to use your credit card to make purchases on- line.

In my opinion a poor concept and lacking in seriousness. In fact, even today do not know anyone who has made money with these systems.

• Earn money by visiting websites. A variant of the previous point is that they send you a list of web sites to visit in which invasive advertising appears you have to click besides making in ways to deceive even the sponsors who expect real clicks that attract potential consumers. Not recommended.

The statistics on global economic realities make a constant, the rich get richer, the poor poorer, and probably in the middle you, me and millions of people worldwide who struggle for a better life waiting for a promotion at work or own a traditional business begging for a change in economic conditions of their country, in my humble opinion is not the solution or never come, and I do not say my knowledge if not only macroeconomic just look at historical statistics.

You may have a prosperous economic reality and smooth, now are you sure that in future this will continue? Have you noticed the life you lead? “Provides the necessary time to his family, friends to your life? Do you enjoy the money as you want? “When you retire will happen?. When I speak of a better life I’m not just talking about money, I’m talking about manage to find an activity that gives you the opportunity to use” time “as you see fit.

“There is no quality of life if you do not have time to enjoy it, money is secondary” Thanks to my friend Daniel a few years ago I discovered the MLM (Network Marketing) and I decided to do what I believe is the only way to return to own my life and I’m getting there. His life is very valuable, should be given the opportunity to return to owning it, do it for you, do it for your family, do it for your friends, your life is yours not the gift.

4. Marketing collateral – a collection of marketing communications materials used as part of an organization’s marketing strategy. Marketing collateral might include brochures, data sheets that provide an overview of the features of a product or service (often a technical overview), and white papers, which are articles or reports written to showcase an organization’s products or services, the effectiveness of the technology behind them, and/or a comparison of the organization’s products, services or method of operating compared to its competitors.

5. Positioning – techniques used in marketing intended to identify the place or position of an organization’s product or service within its target market compared to its competition.

These techniques are used to influence and/or reinforce certain perceptions that customers and prospects have of the product or service. Once an organization is able to identify how it wants its customers to perceive its product or service, marketing activities can be focused on achieving the desired results. Understand your competitive advantage.

6. Branding - is the organization’s representation of what it stands for, often based on cumulative impressions and positive reinforcement. Like a cattle brand, a business brand can be identified readily and is used for increased awareness of the business. Branding is used throughout the company, such as in its logo, stationery, business cards, on its web site and in its tagline. A great example of effective branding is the Nike “swoosh” logo because it’s instantly recognizable around the world.

7. Distribution - is the mixture of methods used to get your product or service to its customers. For example, you may need to decide if you will sell your products through a catalog, on the Internet, in a brick and mortar store, or a combination of these. Understanding the best methods or channels for how your product or service is distributed is important for maximizing your sales. Your decisions in this area will greatly impact your other marketing activities.

Debt financing is basically money that you borrow to run your business.

You can think of debt financing as being divided into two categories, based on the type of loan you are seeking: long term debt financing and short term debt financing.

Long Term Debt Financing usually applies to assets your business is purchasing, such as equipment, buildings, land, or machinery. With long term debt financing, the scheduled repayment of the loan and the estimated useful life of the assets extends over more than one year.

Short Term Debt Financing usually applies to money needed for the day-to-day operations of the business, such as purchasing inventory, supplies, or paying the wages of employees. Short term financing is referred to as an operating loan or short term loan because scheduled repayment takes place in less than one year. A line of credit is an example of short term debt financing.
